Pretty good in theory but when the law is twisted in favor of one of the parties by officials it makes it difficult to adhere to any fairness to either. Procedings get tangled up by emotions and hatred fueled by greed and legal issues. In family law there are seldom happy outcomes to the detriment of parties involved and attorneys. Especially the district attorney’s legal beagles.

Is proof that an opposer is filing as two separate entities in an IP case sufficient to file a motion to dismiss under ‘unclean hands’?

The Bible tells us that if we touch ANY dead carcase (human) we are unclean and its a sin if you do not get that forgiven, remedy in Leviticus 6 the whole chapter The CESTUI QUE VIE ACT 1666 tells us that anyone who cannot prove they are alive, after 7 years will be assumed lost out at sea and declared dead. So because these judges will not give our possession back because we are assume dead, that means if the public sector touches us i.e police officers etc... they will have unclean hands according to the commandment Our God is the God of the Living not the dead

The doctrine of Clean/Unclean Hands came from come directly from the Gospel : Matthew 27:24 *"When Pilate saw that he was getting nowhere, but that instead an uproar was starting, he took water and washed his hands in front of the crowd. “I am innocent of this man’s blood,” he said. “It is your responsibility!”* John 8:7 *“Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.”* Matthew 7:1-5 *“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.*

You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.*
