That’s a beautiful woman. She took the time daily to visit and feed this poor girl and instead I’ve simply taking a picture and sending it she actually called takis and waited to meet him and help bring her to her new home! Thank you to this wonderful woman and hopefully this sweet puppy will find a new adopt at home soon when she is ready❤

All the chained up dogs in Hawaii is really awful. There are some no kill shelters but the state run shelters are kill shelters. There are agencies who fly groups of the dogs from these shelters to places like Washington state where where the shelter system is more humane.
