Love this idea. What was the glue which you used for bonding both colored leather together? I have S-18 all purpose adhesive but not sure if that would work

Hi Anne, I tried something new with this bag. I usually use Barge Leather Cement but in this case, I used Eco Flow water based adhesive. I got it from the Buckleguy. The water based adhesives don’t have the chemicals that the others do so they do not have any odor to them. Therefore, you don’t have to use them in a ventilated space. I found that it did work, but the bond was not as strong as the chemical adhesives. Also, it seemed that I had to use more of it. I am going to continue to experiment with it and see which I prefer overall.
