It was an accident with the Mercedes of the group. I can try to find more details, Paul.

Paul, the accident occurred in july of 1983. Five of the six Dots were in their Mercedes on the way back from a gig for a tv-programme. The driver, Jaap, managed to steer the car of the road to evade two other cars which had collided. Nevertheless, the car hit the guardrail and this resulted that four of the girls were unconscious. Angela however was awake and tried to get the others out. The driver had a shattered kneecap. There were minor injuries. What happened to Angela is not clear. I just assumed that she hurt her hand in the accident.
