Exactly what happened to me the other day. I called my friend to ask her what was happening. She said that it wasn't her; she had been hacked. I was happy that I used my brain. I give thanks to William and Ann for enlightening me about these scams.❤️🙏

Similar thing happened to me but on email. Scammer pretending to be a former colleague emailed and asked for money as he was stuck in a war zone in Ukraine. I played around with him and we exchanged about 30 odd emails back & forth before he finally gave up 😂

I had a scammer pretending to be my friend Flora and then my cousin. They said they won a FB lottery and I needed to "call the agent". So knowing this would trip her up, I asked Flora if, when I got my big winnings, would she take a road trip with me up to the Rock -N- Roll Hall of Fame up in Cleveland. She said, "Yes call the agent!" I asked if her husband, Brian wouldn't mind keeping the grand daughters while we were gone. Her husband was named Greg & they had no grand daughters! She kept saying, "Call the agent" so I told the dude "Floras husband is not Brian, you stupid douchebag. Go drop dead!" It was pretty fun wasting his time.

I had one too back in 2022, Same thing but it was in fact A person I have no clue who it was. the real person had 25 Mutual friends in common I Emailed the real one & told her about this fake on facebook. We both reported . I knew was not her. She said she saw my name on the list. for a Facebook jackpot promotion. I told them It's a scam. then she said she got her money & said. I kept telling her it is a scam, She said no this is real & legit. I said Yeah right. What fees do I have to pay. Then she said ' OMG she got the sum of $150,000_" Then I said Scam, scamm scam scam scam, SCAM. Then she blocked me.
