Love the Doors, everything from blues to psychedelic to pop to just weirdness. Yeah Morrison was the star, but Manzarek, Krieger and Densmore were also excellent musicians. Doors are well worth exploring, you'll find lots of interesting music there.

Great song from my favorite Doors album, their last album before Jim Morrison died. I was in 7th grade when this album was released, and it was the first album I ever bought with my own money. This band was virtually incapable of being pigeonholed into a genre. The more you listen to them the more different influences you'll hear. Nice reaction too, by the way.

The Doors, for me, are the best and I never compromise on it. They even went out with their best album. You can't say of the Doors " they;re getting lazy , old and worn out" or "it all sounds the same" nope. The last album they made was this one right here and there isn't a bad tune on it and it was the absolute PEAK of their greatness. Not alot of bands of this magnitude could make the same claim.

The Album, LA Woman , was the only album the band had an actual bassist...Ray Manzeric, played Bass, on keyboards.

Jim Morrison was a character, so loved by his fans, but not so much by the authorities😂I loved him & his music was great…” Light My Fire “ is my favorite. I miss him & his quirky ways, love every song!👍👏👏👏♥️

Besides Jim "Mr. Mojo Risin" Morrison on Lead Vocals you have Ray Manzarek on Keyboards, Robbie Krieger on Guitar and John Densmore on Drums. That is the classic Doors line up, plus the occasional back up players on various instruments throughout their all-too-brief run.
