I found an island in your arms, A country in your eyes, Arms that chained us, eyes that lied, Break on through to the other side, Break on through to the other side, Break on through... I get your point.... compressed crucible energy. morrison at this point was searing in talent & energy. they came in like a guerilla task force team here of rock and roll..... there is however, a couple of other songs, where this type of turbo focused energy comes to the forefront. not to touch the earth is scary power. take it as it comes another one. my eyes have seen you. & late, the changeling.

One of the most iconic psychedelic songs by The Doors with our debut album in 1967, Break On Through The Other Sides classic. I feel like The Doors legacy will never die. It will live on forever. It may be 2024, but I will still listen to this music to this day and share it with the younger generation of the psychedelic sound of The Doors with good rock ‘n’ roll motivation to kick ass.

It so happened that sometime in mid-July of 1965, college acquaintances Jim Morrison and Ray Manzarek, met up on Venice Beach. They retreated to the shade underneath Venice Pier, and sketched out the lyrics to "Moonlight Drive" in the sand, saying "We'll be rock stars!". It so happened that 11-year old me was fishing out on the end of Venice Pier every single day in the summer of 1965, so I was there!
