I would also highly recommend avoiding rubbing it in one spot for too long as it can heat up paint making it swell and eventually burning through the paint. Made this mistake trying to remove caked on tree sap.

Had a car COVERED in sap so I had to bust out Eulex. Only gripe is that it left a residue on the glass that I had to polish off

If you want something weaker but safer that won't haze plastic headlight lenses etc try Gyeon Tar. Eulex is great but you do need to be more careful with it.

@@KiranPatel-fk1pg I have stoner Tarminator that I used for some of the more sensitive parts but it took a lot more effort to work the sap off than Eulex

I've used Eulex on both sap and adhesive. However, after I used it on both there was a shadow effect on the paint from where the sap and adhesive were prior to removal. It was definitely caused during some part of the eulex process. I just don't know what I did to have this effect. Any information about what this might be from would be great.

How long was your sap and or adhesive on the paints surface? Depending on long that was dwelling on the paint, it could have left etching. Whenever you get sap, bird poop, bugs, or any various contaminants with higher acidity, it's best to clean that off as soon as you can to prevent from paint etching.

It eats through the straw of the ikk bottles and even through the sprayer. Any recommendations?
