Question.... how do you refresh/moisturize your hair after using a mouse?
@frizzeecurlz
@frizzeecurlz 5 жыл бұрын
I haven’t refreshed or moisturized my hair yet. My hair doesn’t need any moisture right now because of what was under the mousse, but I only pigtailed each side before bed and put a bonnet on & the next day just shook/fluffed it out and it was good! It’s holding up pretty well actually

The Doux Mousse says specifically do not use oil before applying the product. Also your leave in “mix” can affect the effectiveness of the product. Still looks great tho.
@frizzeecurlz

Thanks. Everything a product says cannot be true for every hair type. Doing your hair comes with knowing your hair. If everyone followed “rules”, nobody’s hair will grow the way or look the way they want it to. I also don’t see anywhere where it says specifically to not use oil with the mousse. I do things to my hair that works for it, not what everybody else says to do.✨

I love products by the Doux! I use Mousse Def as directed on the bottle. ONE product wash n' go & leave in conditioner. I'll mist with water (that has We Want Easy conditioner in it) to refresh in the morning. Cute wash n go.

But directions are supposed to be there also and I think you're not supposed to put oils and all this stuff on before. I'll wait and see how this turns out. I haven't tried the product yet but just purchased it, first time ever hearing about it.

once I used mousse I never went back to creams and gels. Cream too heavy and gels to stiff and hard. Mousse one product, its fast, simple and it makes a wash n go and real wash n go. Can't beat it. There are a lot of great gels on the market

The outcome was very cute, but this is a lot of work for a wash and go. Maybe it’s just because you started from hair that was prewashed from the day before and you had to do more for hydration. The Doux side looks better.

Your hair is beautiful. Do you intentionally omit your roots to gain volume or are most of them left out because of the awkwardness of camera use?

You used your own method not necessarily the correct method per the product instructions for The Doux. This review isn't quite accurate because you used alot of other stuff with it. You should watch The Doux KZbin channel.

My videos aren’t for telling people how the products should be used, my videos are how [eye] use products. If I’m telling you how it should be used, I clarify that. I’m not a teacher or hairstylist, I do what’s best for me. Thanks though
@BeadnWithNicoleB
@BeadnWithNicoleB 4 жыл бұрын
@@frizzeecurlz its all good. When you say you are reviewing a product the proper technique should be followed for a more accurate outcome. That's why so many ppl think products don't work.....because the KZbinr uses them incorrectly. Now if its just using brands based on your own technique then that's different. Your hair is still cute though.
