I don't think it applies to funny clips tho. I always got my replay buffer on when playing with the boys because so much genuine funny stuff happens that has us dying. And we love watching it back and having a laugh, allowing others to laugh with us by posting those funny moments. This is something I have been doing for years on the team channel
