4:26 A lot of OBGYNs have actually even chimed in to say that a certain degree of odor is normal and healthy to have down there. Bc yknow, we’re humans, and we excrete a lot of random goo from various orifices. It’s normal and natural to not smell like sunshine and rainbows.
@cindy-tron3 ай бұрын
Yes well we know where insecurities about vag odor may have come from. The unfiltered mouths of fuckboys (if you're hetero). So anything that's "normal" (body hair, harmless skin conditions, stretch marks, etc) is not actually normal socially, and there's plenty people that accept that as fact no matter what the good doctor says. It's heinous.

@@Pocket_Sized_Satan agreed with what you mentioned that it’s been this way before too. I think one of the major differences also is with social media being so prevalent these days access to information is almost instantaneous. There’s always going to be the dedicated group that will buy into their products.

I had to see a gastroenterologist for several years because of being constantly sick. I was hospitalized at one point because of the poor state of my gut health. Luckily, once I was able to get a diagnosis and find out what was making me sick, I didn’t have to keep going to the gastroenterologist. However, I have to read every label when I buy food, supplements, etc. I have to be very careful so that my gut remains healthy. I recommend everybody read the labels of the food and other items they ingest. Most of these supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA or anyone other than the company who created supplements. I recommend people talk to their primary care providers if they’re wanting to add any supplements to their diet because there could be issues you don’t know about.

Kudos to your progress! Unfortunately for me, I’m weaker right now and I get fatigued easily, because I’m having chemo/immunotherapy treatments. (I lost a lot of fat and muscle, as a result of my chemo and radiation treatments/surgeries.) I won’t be able to outrun any monsters in this condition. Will eventually try to do strength training again, to gain back muscle.

The actual irony of seeing this video after only finishing the last "dose" yesterday for the lemme Debloat. I purchased it at my local Ulta, asked one of the people I usually talk with if they knew much about it, was told that it was really popular but that they didn't know much else about it as they didn't take gummie supplements. So I got it to try it out. Why? Because about a week beforehand the nutritionist I'm working with at the VA had encouraged me to start incorporating more Pre & Pro-biotics into my diet. And WHY do I need them? Because eating makes me severely nauseous. To a degree where I only eat maybe once a day (full meal type) or snack on some simple plain crackers once to twice a day, because that is just how sick I am getting after eating. So, no surprise when I felt no different, but thought that maybe I should at least finish out the container as I had spent $30+ on the jar. I have never purchased a supplement before, so I had no idea what to expect or look for, and I did not know anything about this specific company, so I was flying by the seat of my pants... lol *sigh*... If I'd known it was a Kardashian product, I would never have gotten it. I have never really cared much for their "K-J Clan" and I never got into the show. Yea, that's how I got duped and didn't even realize it.

The worst part about her brand is that they’re proprietary blends. That means Kourtney goes through a third party and doesn’t REALLY know what is going into the product. If you go to walmart and buy a biotin supplement, you can clearly see the percentage of biotin in the product. With Kourtney’s brand, she has a lab stir up a proprietary blend for cheap and she’s able to sell it because it has her name on it.

ALSO, not everyone can synthesize collagen! Before you waste your money, it’s worth doing a deep-dive into your health for any of these ailments they are claiming you need a remedy for. I recently found out that I could have been born with the Ehler-Danlos Syndrome gene and my body does not convert collagen. Not only that, but there are multiple studies that say that ingesting collagen does not convert to “plumped” skin collagen as they’re claiming. Seeing your naturopathic doctor and/or seeing your medical doctor for a geneticist referral are fully worth it before you waste your money on these kind of products. Just for reference this is coming from a subscriber from Alberta, Canada. We do have public healthcare, but pay out-of-pocket for naturopathic healthcare. I love that you advocate for education and research before you jump on someone’s recommended products! One size does not fit all when it comes to supplements!
