I listened to Cantonese music at the Dragon Boat Festival to make a perfume pouch, hang wormwood, and Zongzi. It's so festive. I also make a super big perfume pouch and hang it at the door. A strong sense of ceremony, right? there is no need to fight between the north and the south this time. Zongzi has sweet zongzi and salty zongzi. Which one do you prefer? I try to make “crystal zongzi”. It’s so fresh and soft and I recommend it for desert!

The "Haam Yuk Chung" (Savoury Glutinous Rice Dumplings) woukd be my favourite because you stuffed in a salted duck yolk. Surprisingly they are the "jum tao chung" pillow shape sticky rice dumplings, the traditional Cantinese style. I thought you were going to wrap them in the triangle shape.
