The Dragon Lived Here || Gradačac 2022 || Ljepote Bosne i Hercegovine

The Dragon of Bosnia: Captain Gradascevic is a particularly important name in the History of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He built this tower that you can see in the video together with his brothers in 1764.
The construction lasted almost a hundred years. The tower itself was built so that it is at the highest point of the city and really attracts attention. With his great bravery on the battlefield, Captain Gradascevic shared the status of a legend in Bosnia and Herzegovina, hence the name Dragon of Bosnia.
If you are traveling in Bosnia and Herzegovina, this small town in the northeast of the country will be a great excuse for a one-day trip and visiting some really beautiful places in the area.

I love this song! And Gradačac, Bosnia is a familiar old place only a very few Americans know of which is me for that's where I served in the US Army during 1996 with IFOR that stopped the civil war for a while though I know it's coming back around for the old conflicts of social injustices and wars haven't been resolved yet in every land of the entire world including the small countries of the Balkans region too. You guys showed me you're mostly true and noble honest very hard working people with a very desperate, but high work ethic. You guys helped me to complete a most arduous year of truly hard work in very hard bivouac combat zone conditions doing the job of feeding an army as a military cook for there weren't enough soldiers like me to be great cooks that produce the food soldiers and civilian employees love to eat and need to eat to carry on. I was always up first and last to close my eyes with toes pointing to the sky and home. We probably don't have another military cook that was called the most powerful E4 specialist in the entire US army nor will ever be able to return to be help you again for we're finished standing tall looking good marching in step which is so sad and humiliating for us over here in America of the 2020's. What we all need in every country is never be occupied by a foreign army, sold out as slaves by global corporations, and war itself. Never Again was stated late 1945, but was forgotten and ignored. Does the dragon in European countries such as Bosnia and Germany represent the coming of war and chaos in some eras of history?

Although I was small when the war was on, I remember that IFOR had a large base near Srebrenik (my hometown). Here too, the dragon is a symbol of power and war!

It was a great honor to serve in your country for I and some other young naïve Americans there hoped to unite the entire world to be nothing less than peace and prosperity with equal liberty and justice for all. Was the large IFOR base near your hometown called Tuzla Eagle Base Main? We regret horribly that the UN promised, but failed to keep many of your neighbors, friends, and relatives safe in your hometown for they were mass murdered in July 1995 about 6 months before Americans, The US Army, crossed the Sava river with it's bridge destroyed already entering Bosnia during December of 1996 probably a few weeks before Christmas though I arrived April 1996 for I was active duty yet, but had volunteered January 1996 by going to a recruiter in back home telling him I was going to enlist active duty in US Army Europe and probably going to Bosnia to cook for our soldiers over and go see the world to find out what it was to be about. I love my dragon too and think of it just like how you do. I have a very fine art dragon tapestry on my wall from Myanmar and the European dragon T shirts and all the good dragon music such as Phil Rey Gibbons who has a channel here on KZbin. I wish I could go visit Bosnia today while it's still Summer and safe, but there's no money to do so. Cheers!

Wow! Very interesting place, so much historic places in there! Bosnia was always a pretty cool spot in Europe, I feel like all Balkans are underrated, probably due to its history of wars and conflicts. Kosovo and Serbia are having some tensions right now. But there are a lot of beautiful and gorgeous spots in there anyways. Croatia and Montenegro are beautiful as well, Slovenia is simply amazing in general.
