And when Rayla push Viren and she falls down to save Zym, that was amazing. I hope that another seasons will show such greatness...

The song is about moving forward even as bad things are happening around you (in my opinion) Continuing forward and letting the bad things fall behind you. The king died, but they still had to move forward getting the egg to safety, Rayla was basically banished from her village but she had to focus on the mission. They all had dark things surrounding them but in the end there isn’t much they could do about any of it so they had to keep going forward.Ezran has to be king at such a young age, Callum was betrayed by his long time friend and crush (lost my faith in trust), Rayla lost her home and loved ones because of a misunderstanding. Everyone in the show has something dark that can tear them down. Even though they have every reason to get stuck in their heads they decide the best thing to do is look forward (Turn your face towards the sun) and let go of all of that right now (let the shadows fall behind you) because they have a literal war to worry about, but that’s just my interpretation of it.

It made me feel for the characters a lot. I have movies I like more than that movie now because I have movies that not only make me feel similarly but also don’t have as many issues. I still love Home but it’s not my top ten, I still tear up near the end.
