Follow the three big trees eastward to get another shrine while you are in the mountians. Then do the Tarrey Town quest - you need to start the Link's house quest in Hateno first for that though

There is this rock spire in the middle of the lake in Akkala that looks like a skull. Go to the left eye (maybe right), but its quite the climb, so bring a bunch of stamina stuff. You'll get a blessing shrine. From there head north west towards Death Mountain and you should see another rock column, but this one is a mini game I found quite fun. It's called gut chuck rock and it's run by Gorons. You have to climb the rock pillar and collect rupees on the way there in a limited amount of time. (I think it's about 1 min. and you have to collect 100 rupees.)
