@@headintheclouds6935 If you watch closely you can see that the blues player is actually still holding the ball even when its taken over to the brumbies side of the ruck. Surely that indicates that he was clearly still holding on even after the attempted jackal (11:47). Also, if you watch enough rugby it's pretty clear that the image of the brumbies player over the ball (Feet planted, hands on the ball not the ground and not resting on the player) is a textbook jackal position and would essential always indicate a holding on penalty the way the game is currently refereed.
