@DWThe77Percent they're a bunch of corrupt thieves,traveling the world in herds to find new clients to sell the rest of the country to. They don't care about their people,they don't care about the infrastructure or the economy of the country. They just wanna borrow as much as anyone can give them and sell anything that anyone would buy,so they can then embezzle those funds. I'm from the eastern region,where we are still being slaughtered by machetes. Now,mind you,the DR Congo is the second african country that allegedly spent big on defense during the period of 2023-2024,but the army doesn't have munitions. When the wazalendo(a group of civilians who decided we will fight for our region) asks for the army's support during an assault, the army says they don't have ammunition or logistic,...so what did thus government do with the money they told the world they spend on acquiring munitions for the defense of the country?? They stole it and bought mansions in europe,...
