I am really struggling to use the audio over USB feature. I end up just using the audio outputs but I wish I knew how to use the USB to send audio into my computer instead. I can not find info online.

It acts as an audio interface essentially. So it should show up in your computer's audio input list but if you have another interface you won't be able to use both simultaneously unless you use something like ASIO4All to create an aggregate audio device. It's easier on mac, that functionality is built in.
