It was okay, but a little predictable / boring in a way? For the people that think its not, here's somethings I found. 1- A predictable story line 2- Cliché story as well (although different here and there, still one you can often find) 3- Short (Really chopped up to the main parts) 4- Boring (I don't think that the idea is or was boring, it was the length. So about a 2 minute problem that was slightly excited but still too short and ended quickly) And also, think about the plot and its potential: - Competitors (high note in career) - Down fall (Lowest point, common way of the down fall) - Problem (Being alone, cost to re - purchase) - Solution. (Purchasing) - Competition (Re turn to high note) Now, say this was a 20 minute video really showing more of what we had during the high note (quality wise) I do think that we could have some more problems and show how hard it was to get back to how it was rather than a quick: - I am alone now I miss this (about 10 seconds) - I am back lets fix this (About another 10 seconds) - Explaining (Maybe 30 seconds talking about why she left him but not really the difficulty) -Training (30 seconds of training / trust build up) -Competition (About 10 - 30) When videos are made quick with not too much context, it can seem a little emotionless which is the biggest problem here. Yes, we do see her cry but instead of a "I didn't want to leave you" you could try a "It was so hard to leave you and I spent so many years just for you". I would just recommend longer videos, more context, more challenges / low points and just a little more emotion. **I would consider this some criticism, not me saying "you aren't good at this fix it" so dont @ me if it comes across as offensive / mean. I think KZbin needs some good editors / film makers like this and I feel the only way you can get there quick is with help and feedback from your audience. :D**

Nono, trust me! I love criticism and I appreciate it! I knew it came across as rushed, I’m actually not very happy with how the plot and storyline turned out; however, coming back from a long break, I wanted to put out a movie that shows off how I’ll be editing my films in a more cinematic style now. This movie was more to showcase the new editing style, plus an announcement that I’d be returning so yes it is rushed and I do apologize because I noticed this even while editing it, but it lived up to its purpose regardless. I believe I’m going to be making a sequel due to the way it ended, which I had originally planned. But I do appreciate your criticism! Let’s just remember that editing these movies takes a while, this took me a couple days to film/edit and it still seems rushed! Its no secret that these require hard work, and having coming back from a break, I most definitely was not prepared aha! Regardless of its choppiness, it was a lot of fun to create and at the end of the day, a lot of people enjoyed it and that’s all I want with my content. I’m not a professional producer, I’m just a Star Stable entertainer. I definitely will be working more on my storyline and the plot now that I’m back and comfortable. 💕💕

@@RubyMasterson , I do think it would be hard coming back from a break, and I didn't mention that the cinematic editing was amazing! If that was this videos job, then it was done amazingly! A lot of people don't crop, change the field of view or add any effects. I would like to look out for a second part! And also, it's a great plot. Sadly though, its over used so it becomes cliché and such but it was a great idea that was rushed but still did a great job. I do recall seeing some of your older videos and really liked them, so in my books now I guess your an entertainer I will sub to so I can see how you improve ect. Good luck with your further videos and career and I hope you had a nice break!

@Alexandra FairbanksHey, I just shared my own personal opinion. I personally found this movie was not my style, so I pointed a few things out. If Ruby Masterson wants to keep doing these videos, she totally can! I used to do them and I found them really fun, so I can see why! There is a reason people go to film school and not just everyone can decide to make a movie, there’s got to be blood sweat and tears in the making of a movie. If you enjoy her content that’s totally cool! I watch her videos as well, I’m subscribed and I did not mean it in a harmful way, I meant it in a way that could help her and make her even better at what she’s doing. I can already tell you’re not very old, and you probably have a problem with comments like this because you can’t see the bigger picture. I would say Ruby and I are definitely not on bad terms or anything, and as a KZbinr you have to deal with comments like mine and decide if you’ll think about it and take the advice, or decide to go your own way. Ruby is old enough and mature enough to understand that she’s not forced to do everything a comment says!

OK SO ahem, the beginning of this video made me cry, maybe a summary of my day will tell you why, so here you go; I have had the WORST day of my life today (not because of this video lol) So I drew this picture for my crush Max, okay and so it took me 8 HOURS to draw for him, i texted my friends a picture of it and asked if it was worth giving him, they ALL said yes so I made the finishing touches and brought it to school today, i told my cousin to give it to him for me and he said yes, so, i watched as he literally CHASED MY CRUSH DOWN THE HALLWAY with the drawing in his hand, i thought that my crush knew what a love letter/drawing would look like but of course he didn't have girl friends before soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... he opened it in front of EVERYONE and then his face was BRIGHT RED and then theres me, telling one of my friends to hide me from his view XD so after that whole fiasco, i look back over after my cousin comes back and my crush... he had paper surrounding him, you know what that was? Yeah, it was the drawing that i spent OVER 8 HOURS ON FOR HIM, then he looked over at my cousin and i was out in the open and i had tears in my eyes, and then he just turned his head away from me and walked into his next class, his friend that was standing next to him told him not to rip it but HE THOUGHT it was a joke and did it on purpose and of course didn't know i was watching. So his friend walks in to my class and "casually" throws it at my desk and says to me "this is from max" it was the drawing how it was before only it was in to halves, the male dog on one half, and the female on the other. then i had to "go to the bathroom" and then i stayed in the bathroom for 10 minutes straight just crying my heart out. then the next class i had with him so he walks up to me and keeps saying good job to me and then i tell him to come over to my desk so i can talk to him and then class is dismissed :/ so then i need to tell my cousin to shove the drawing i made for my crush into his hand and tell my crush that i want him to keep that drawing forever and that i dont care what he does with it but just make sure he doesnt throw it away, on our way out from lunch there's a trash can, and his table is dismissed before mine, and then i look in that trash can and can you guess what i saw in there? food lol i saw food and no paper, no, no drawing in two halves! then i emailed him when school got out, heres what it said (Cam is my cousin btw lol); Listen Max, I don't care if you want that picture or not, now I don't know if Cam told you this, but that picture... That... that took me 8 HOURS of my spare time, now I told Cam to give it back to you and I don't care what you do with it but just, don't throw it away, I thought that you were a funny guy, who is really social, and loves to talk, but then you just rip it up in front of my eyes? Yeah Max, I was watching the whole thing and if you thought it was a joke type thing, then you were wrong, because it wasn't funny watching 8 hours of my time go down the trash. I thought you would like it, I waited until today to see if you reacted weird when I said that I wasn't going to be at school for the rest of the day and you did, so here's a question for you Max, if you don't like me, then how come in ALMOST EVERY CLASS you stare at me and not the teacher? I heard you at lunch yelling as loud as you could that you didn't like me but you said it in the most OBVIOUS way that you did, I know I'm not going to get the truth out of you but still, why do you stare at me during classes? Why do you interact with me all of a sudden? Before this year you probably didn't even know I existed! But now, I think that you just were playing a big joke on me to spend 8 hours of my time on a drawing for you that you just ripped up, why did you do this to me, you embarrassed me Max, everyone saw it, and one more thing; how were you sure it was me that drew that? Just think about this for a while, tell me the answers to these questions, whether they are from email, or face to face. So yeah, this WAS the WORST DAY OF MY LIFE and you know who i have to thank OKAY OKAY XD i know that this comment isn't SSO related but, if you read this comment this far then THANK YOU SO SO SOOOOOOOO MUCH! it took me ALMOST an hour and a half ( 1 hour and 30 minutes XD) to write this whole thing and GREAT JOB ON THE VIDEO
