Use a drive shaft spacer on the rear end side, I had to do that when I was building a Ford Fairmont

Bro, get a 3 in all aluminum shaft off of a 2003,4,5 6 crown interceptor change the yoke an u joints. I did the same on my 96 SS. My 3in exhaust along with that 3 in shaft is bullet proof and look hellagood. Got shaft from junkyard for bought $75

Ike with the shaft in the back of the trans the yoke should have about inch showing on the yoke.The angle should be 3degrees down.Ike did you measure the shaft right if so look inside the yoke it might be the wrong one,you might be able just to change the yokes

If all you did was pulled the engine and put it back nothing should've changed the pinion angle shouldn't change drive shaft length shouldn't change your problem is in the spacer or engine location
