Had a situation like this however the difference is that i worked with the driver in a different business and he wasn't reliable in that business so seeing his CV come to my desk at my new job, I just trashed it because I knew all of the antics he used to do at the other business causing them to lag behind... Like lying that he was sick just to skip work or whenever he never wanted to come in to work, spoiling the bus on purpose so that he will be able to gain money from his boss when making repairs...

In addition 1 Pet 5:5 says, "In the same way, you who are younger, submit yourselves to your elders. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble." This is also why some of our prayers are not being answered, because God has resisted us due to pride.

A healthy tree doesn't bear bad fruit and a poor tree cannot bear Good fruit. How can sweet water and bitter water come out from the same source? Situations cannot make you to change from your true identity. The driver only shows what was inside of him.

They are on different levels. CEO vs. UBER DRIVER.....Just because she is the CEO, DOES NOT MAKE HER ACTIONS RIGHT...SHE HAS THE GREATER RESPONSIBILITY TO USE CONFLICT RESOLUTION TECHNIQUES TO DEESCALTE THE SITUATION...Did she use them???? No she got down dirty with him.. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬..SMH..AND THEN WAS CLEARLY VINDICTIVE WHEN HE CAME AND APPLIED FOR THE DRIVER JOB... IF THIS HAD HAPPENED IN THE UNITED STATES, SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN SUED FOR BIAS AND DISCRIMINATION BECAUSE SHE CLEARLY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST HIM IN NOT HIRING HIM BASED ON THE UBER INTERACTIONS AND NOT HIS JOB QUALIFICATIONS...LAWSUIT TIME..🤣🤣🤣

That's very true Life story of some people who are so Rude to others without knowing their status in Life.People are so ignorant of Life principles. You reap what you sow. However, the Bible points out: “Whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap.” (Galatians 6:7) hahahaha that's nice he is reaping what he sow.
