Helo yes please use the sacrifice helper mod for these, it shows u how much power u have in each category as well as the degree u will get before creating the paragon (as long as u have all the t5s on screen).

If by balanced you mean "price per dps" then yes, it is technically balanced. However it's so expensive that it won't be practical to get in a normal game. And I think Engineer paragon showed us that not all paragons will be a merging of each of the upgrade paths.

boat has a money path but it's difficult because most maps don't have enough water. all of those paragons will be excellent for getting money earned because they fit on land.
