A wonderful place to live, or spend a vacation, there is no place like Dubai, living cost about the same as New York, or what you make it, the safest place in the WORLD,people are very nice, respect the Religious and political beliefs and you will have a wonderful stay.

Is there not stairs you can take up or down instead of waiting for an elevator? It would be nice to get some exercise instead of waiting for an elevator in my opinion. I currently walk around 15 km per day at work that may include walking up and down up to 48 flights of flights of stairs.

I'm sure they would have some kind of emergency exit staircase, but maybe not one open to the general public.

What does "Old Dubai" mean? . . built before 2000?
