I think this promo even better than "post-usada scary". Definitely feels like more work put behind this video. It's maybe easier to make promo for Costa vs Romero, because they have all those scandals and attention to them, and narrative could speak for itself. For Dustin vs Khabib you have to be more creative to make content that generates the same level of entertainment as Costa vs Romero.
