Where you plan on adding fill dirt beside the barn I would recommend using a small rock. Grass is just going to get eaten and with it being a doorway it will be a high traffic area as well. A small gravel or even arena footing would be better. Maybe even putting some mud mats down first? I think RAMM has some mud mats!

They look so good! I love the paddock idea but I would recommend using mud/ corrosion mats and covering them with pea gravel outside the stalls because that grass won't last unfortunately. It would help the roof run off as well 😊

It looks so good! Just a heads up, when we did our arena we had to dig it down and the amount of dirt we dug out was just insane! So you could repurpose that for in the front of the barn!

The runs off the barn would be great! Very helpful(my horse tore his flexor tendon a few years back and i so wished i had runs) if you have a horse that needs stall rest/limited movement it helps them not to be bored or get to antsy 😊

Could you use the shorter boards on the stall side of the Dutch doors at the bottom to protect the metal and hoofs from kicking, could make planters to grow stuff, fix some panels to the pig pen where the cows used to be stop them getting out of the pen where the kune piggies are, build some dog agility jumps do some piggy racing 😂

It would probably be expensive but instead of building up the front of the barn facing the road with dirt, you could put a large concrete slab the length of the barn and then it wouldn’t get so muddy and it look sooo good 😍

You should get a hay bell, I think that’s what it is called. To put there hay in for them to eat instead of having the hay on the ground. But the barn looks good

I think that you should make all of the horses go in their own stalls at night, and stay out in the day. And Dinkey and the goats should share the goats stall at night! Or Dinkey could just free roam at night! And you could also build a cat house outside for your cats!!! I hope that these ideas will help you!
