DPE have done this in every game so far. Clarice is Taylor from Little Hope, Joey is Daniel from Little Hope and Charlie from Man of Medan. Hey, even the Iraqi General is John from Little Hope. And yet, DPE claim its different people and different voices when it isnt. So im probably going to suggest that this is probably tied into the curator and they mean something to him if he keeps recycling characters.
