You know you can build inside the map You just need to have vault door and make sure its part way in the hill and then wall forward and press E on the door to close you in, when you get in fly with your jetpack and build one foundation. The only struggle with doing so is that while in the hill you cant attach floor (Wood 2x2/1x2) with each other, you have to edit it.
