If your using a an ability like stampede or any other teleport ability, it blocks the teleport. Making the ability more fluent when parsing.

It’s lazy tbh, stampede requires movement to cancel its animation so that you don’t get locked, and putting those in front of the dummy lets you auto walk. You can’t do it on console, and I used to do parses without it for that reason, but I do so many for these videos I’ve gotten lazy 😂

I would love to try this , any other crafted set I could use instead of the dungeon set . I have arthritis in my hands so very very rarely attempt a dungeon but I do like to keep my solo play as smooth as possible and enjoy more one bar builds , thanks .

If you’re doing solo content normal dungeons should honestly feel easier! Otherwise orders/highland won’t be the worst thing in the world Id have to dig around to see what other craftable sets might still be worth running over highland though

Why not Nirn trait for the front bar at least on main hand dagger to get a bigger benefit from each attack since you are weaving constantly?

Double Charged is a bit Stronger than Nirn Charged unless you are in trial content and somebody is running the Elemental Knife

Hi. Very informative video, thank you for all the hard work. The build looks great against the target dummy. But how does it perform in the actual game world, when not in an established core group? For example, how do you think this build would hold up in a pug Vet Bedlam Veil or a Vet Oathsworn Pit? Would Highland Sentinel work in any Vet Dungeon, where you are not just standing and eating the mechanics? To which, I would consider (just standing and eating mechanics) an awful method of playing the game. Cheers!

The Highland setup won't be bad for orangized raiding, but I'd use some of the alternatives discussed for other content or even optimized 12 man. Highland has quite a skill gap to maximize damage with, and I usually include it mainly for people who might have to fight through parse requirements to get into like gear farms.

On PC you'll see people autorun so that they don't have to move when casting Stampede. If you aren't moving at all when you cast Stampede, the ability can sometimes lock up and slow down your weave, which can tank DPS

Like if i were to do a heavy attack followed by a concealed weapon, would that do 10% more damage? Or does it only apply the 10% to abilities within the two handed skill line?

@@nightmarehd8171 i’m kind of late but the reason he mentioned a one-bar build wasn’t for efficiency, it’s for simplicity. of course two bar builds will always trump one bar on paper but a lot of players don’t want to have to deal with 5 more skills and bar swapping.

I don’t recommend running a self heal in 12 man. You have two healers, there’s no extra amount of healing that you can do for yourself that will significantly impact your performance. If anything, slot/use a shield like carve or bone shield, dampen magic is good if you’re in light armor. For solo, I suggest taking off cloak for swallow soul, and sap essence for debilitate. Sap essence is really good for situations with lots of targets and swallow soul is good damage/heal balance

ok, so all the gear, no idea here!! I have all the items, the right enchants and traits, but I see no rotation or aything that explains how this goes to 130k, i can get maybe 17k AT MOST - I dont know if im supposed to be cycling all the dots, then just spamming or ignoring most of my abilities and just spam - I note a reply to a comment below where someone said it was not easy, and the response was '4 button build'? leads me to my actual question: What 4 button/rotation should I be smashing my face against to get 130k? - hell, id settle for half that!

The rotations are at the end of each build section. The 4 button one bar roto can get up to 110k and the two bar roto can get up to 130k If you’re hitting 17 you’re also likely on the wrong dummy, make sure you’re hitting the 21 mil which gives all your raid buffs

@@eigh1puppies i must be missing those bits of the vid, i thought i had watched the 2 bar build bit all the way through several times :D thanks for the response, and yes, i absolutely wasn't using the same dummy (not sure if i have access to a 21 mill one....) I will go rewatch towards the end (it got a bit muddled when it went from skills through to solo play and i got a bit tuned out as it was a bit overwhelming on this vs that if this then that but dont forget X and Y when your doing this :D I know im criticising, but im not trying to be overly negative; ive been looking everywhere for a solid pve build and this vid is the best, well rounded, well put together one ive seen in a while, its just a little difficult to follow sometimes!

Yo!! how are you hitting impale for over 100k?? I have golden divine selene, orders wrath, and highland sentinal, with daggers poison/flame and weapon dmg on the backbar (2h), I have everything gold enchanted. and I'm pretty sure I'm getting all the buffs I'm able to give myself, and using the 21M dummy. My Spell damage is like 4k unbuffed, crit is 70%, crit damage is 75%, and pen is 7k. I use the ghastly food and the right potions, I try to light weave and keep my dots up, but my impales might get up to like 30-40k.

There are a few suggestions in the video to solve mana issues if you have them, but mana issues most commonly stem from rotational inconsistencies!
