@COLT NIGH pretty much when you need to need to put more effort into targetting (ie: mortar, ace's flight path, helis follow mouse, etc). It also covers the buying reselling pretty fast in some challenges.

You can also do this pretty easily with a tack zone on balance buffed by Geraldo, and Alch, and a village

You can cheat this by having Adora as your hero and using 3-x-x Druids to make a regrow farm and after you get 2 Million have Adora sacrifices the Druids using the level 7 ability

Fortified removal and 20 fortified Moab damage will not allow you to get 2mp because it does too much damage

well bens lev10 abilities makes a zomg into a bfb which does make 2x money BUT it steals alot of pops i think so
