I made this one but with a little change. 😅 Added cinnamon powder and raisins..it came out pretty well..my family liked that. I also added brown sugar in boiling water..thanks for the recipe. no ....rather Easiest recipe of Bagel. ❤

There's absolutely nothing wrong with their salt. It is sea salt also known as Rock Salt. So obviously the colour can't be white.
