Ingredients:
Flour +/- 260 grams
Kefir (or yogurt) - 100 ml.
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil - 60 ml.
Egg - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 1 tsp (with a slide)
Vanilla
Salt - a pinch
Topping:
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) ~ 15 minutes. Baking time and temperature will vary depending on the oven.
