I have misspoken, my apologies. When I was in Korea, they used rice, not udon noodles, but your book does indeed match the video.

I was living for 4 years in Malaysia and we were going to dakgalbi restaurant almost every week 🤣😂 we spent a lot of money there, we really addicted to dakgalbi, I tried few times to cook it ,I took the recipe from another famous KZbin channel , but the taste turned out something wired 🤪 I can say this recipe is exactly same as restaurant!! Even better bcz there’s no MSG in it, I’m very happy to find this recipe . Literally he saved my money 😂😂 in my opinion dakgalbi is the most delicious food in the world😋🤤🤤

hi aaron & claire. i cant get ottogi korean curry powder so i checked online for the key ingredients of this curry. in the end i combined tumeric, garlic and 5 spice powder into 1 tablespoon but the tumeric was too strong. My wife said it was not bad but the tumeric taste was abit too string. Also the chicken meat we use will not be as as the Korean chicken meat .. but oh well! Nonetheless it was great cooking with your video!

i tired making this, but it didnt work, or rather it did and tasted alright but i dont think it tasted as it should, but i dont know cuz i have never had dak galbi at a restaurant. the first thing that puzzled me was the cooking time, i watched some one make it and they said cook it for 10-20 mins but thats not enough time to cook the chicken. do you eat raw chicken ? i dont think so. also i have cooked with layers before, the bottom burned and the top wasnt cooked. so i made the sauce, but i used curry paste, the store didnt have koran chilli paste, so i got curry paste, i used chilli pepper flakes, the store i have doesnt really have asian food goods. i used water, cuz i didnt have rice wine, and added 5 spice chinese spice. i boiled the vegs, in water, then cooked the chicken in the frying pan, with the sauce. then i mixed everything together. it tasted good but there wasnt any sauce, the vegs soaked it up. also the boiled vegs added water to the dish. i think i added double the vegs, the recipe called for. again it tasted good but wasnt impressive, when ppl talk about this dish online, ppl say how you have to taste it, what did i do wrong.
