why not figure out arv find your buyers minimum roi and figure out repair value and do that 120 second math but idk i haven’t done a deal yet im trying my best tho

We readjust our market selection starting with a different neighborhood, then a next door city. You continue developing and building from each experience. The sold section provides us with data that helps us decide our next step in the goal. If alot of houses are selling in a particular neighborhood, then that data tells us to stay. If theres not alot then you move accordingly after youve considered all your options
