Just found your channel and it’s exactly what I have been looking for. Very informative and entertaining, not over-produced, and you clearly have a lot of knowledge and skill. Fishing isn’t so random and about luck for me anymore. Thanks for posting and looking forward to binging all your videos as well as watching new ones.

Man I want to catch some reds like that! Looked like an awesome trip. And Nate, that dark sky was the eclipse. It was max coverage about that time you were filming. I was able to look at it through my welding shield at work and the sun was covered like 80%. You just couldn’t see it with the naked eye as the last 20% of the sun was still so bright.

What are your slot and bag limits? Also the jig your are throwing looks remarkably close to a freshwater bass jig w/ trailer. i had no clue that would work and will have to try some of my jigs next time I'm down there.

Fishing on a open lake is the way to handle the eclipse . Somebody said that the full moon makes them bite . But the Sun and Moon on top of each other seems like they would bite like hell.
