Hello! I was ready to quit trying to learn to make wreaths. Tonight, I saw the words, "the easiest wreath ever" and tuned in to your video. I was so inspired by your lesson that I decided to try one last time to make a wreath without pulling it apart and throwing the fabric away. Thank you for encouraging an 86-year-old to keep on keeping on. I hope I will get good enough to try other methods and perhaps be able to sell some in order to give the proceeds to my favorite horse retirement home. You are the best! :)

I'm sorry that there are people out there that feel compelled to criticize. Feel sorry for them. As a retired teacher, I recognize the essential elements of good teaching. You nail it, Julie. You and Donna (paperdreamer) were the very first videos that I watched and the channels that I subscribe to. I learned from you and sell my wreaths privately with success. There are other channels that are missing some of the elements for good teaching and I don't subscribe to their channels BUT I don't criticize them. I just move on. Don't lose your spirit and enthusiasm. You're a hoot!

Love your videos and enjoy hearing you talk. While I am crafting, I talk continuously. The only difference is that there is no one around to hear me. I agree with everyone else, ignore the haters, it really gets under their skin which is what they deserve. Actually I have run into channels where they don't talk enough or at all. Since I don't know sign language and it irritates me so much, I just turn off the channel and find another one to watch. I don't even bother to make a comment. There are so many channels out there in youtube land. Easy peasy. You're the best teacher I've found and I love your wreaths. Thank you for all you do for us faithful followers.

Hi Julie - You give a great explanation in your tutorial, makes it easy - Love your loop method of wreaths, been trying for so long I do a different one where the burlap is in half on usually 2nd wring from inside for that was the only one I could do - did all different ones, 36 wreaths done, all burlap, several different colors. Can't wait to try your loop method - you can keep talking for you make it so easy to follow you. Thanks Julie !!!

I started doing wreaths and other crafts in addition to gardening to help with my stress. I own a tech company. I enjoy bringing out my creative side again and I found your videos easy to follow. I also like that you keep the camera steady onto the subject itself unlike others, that continuously swing their cameras all over the place which completely makes me dizzy. There will always, always have public criticism. It means you’re putting yourself out there & most are from people who are insecure and wish they could do something similar to what you’re doing. Imagine being the only girl in technology for years. 😅 I’ve heard them all. I always say, if people want to criticize someone constructively, do it privately. Those are always the best. Thank you for taking the time to teach us. 😊
