I don't understand what you mean. The Eatwell guide is built up entirely on evidence. It is balanced between the science and existing eating habits. To create use full guide that is flexible to different eating patterns and cultures. @@briantw Yes about 1/3 of intake from higher fibre, sources of starchy carbohydrates. kzbin.info/www/bejne/h52WYX-Vf8qZqJI If you are looking to improve upon the Eat well guide then a vegan version of the eat well guide is a very good option.
