Having a fab weekend. No power for the 3 days prior and then it came back on Good Friday! WHOOP! Made a Toaster Sweater to celebrate! My first knit garment….and what I learned: tearing out serging is way less fun than putting it in!!!! Onto a Remy Raglan now! (She said, undeterred)! XO

It would be great if you could do a video on great “mom” dress patterns. Patterns that are pregnancy, nursing, and possibly even cute after. Buying premade is actually really hard and impossible to find organic. Would love to make some dresses while I have some energy left before I hit third trimester!

Love looking at your suggestions for sewing patterns every Sunday. Spend too much however on patterns I plan on making one day. I’m desperate to find a Vivienne Westwood style waistcoat pattern. I’m not an experienced sewer so unable to draft a pattern but wondered if you had come across anything similar. Can’t wait to see what you might come up with.

For some reason it tickles me every time you say a pattern is "useful." I know you mean it's practical and versatile and wearable, but I always wonder what patterns you think aren't useful. 😂
