If you lift weights, the tendons in your hands will be stronger. Those who dont, tend to have weaker tendons that become loose and slip out of place, causing the issues.

It’s genetics!! It’s I’m 24 I’ve been playing claw since 2011 I’m perfect fine. Not binging disrespect but you probably have weak bones and tendons. Probably even have a slight arthritis or something along that. I still play claw everyday on Xbox and even for hours on the weekends when I don’t have work. Perfectly fine. It’s not for everyone but claw doesn’t make these problems they already existed

How tf been playing claw since bo2 trick shotting I needed to play claw to trick shot and got used to it, ever since I play default like that it’s probably the ps4 controller I can’t stand that controller feels like using a those RC Helicopter controllers but with the Xbox control never have had pain ever don’t think I ever will because it doesn’t feel straining at all honestly it just might be the ps controller I literally refuse to use that controller because claw is so weird on it and I’m not saying it’s weird cause I’m not used to it, it feels cramping to your fingers so I just connect my Xbox controller to PlayStation if I’m ever playing it also got a custom ps controller but it’s layout is a Xbox controller

I've played football for 15 years retired, had hand injuries and have been gaming all my life, *hand strength & health matters* Also, I provided a link to a tool that's under $40 bucks that attachs to a Xbox or Playstation controller.
