In my opinion Semiconductor Foundries by Intel , TSMC, Samsung, etc. in Europe, among others , are vital, and at the speed of light . The new CPU + GPU + Very Fast Memory SoC is vital to build AI Data Centers: Europe Farmers and Ranchers high Costs , and South & Central America Farmers & Ranchers low Costs , create a huge problem, only by building Logic AI Data Centers in EU & LAT AM , can the 2 big blocks find practical solutions : How the 200 Cattle Rancher can compete fairly with the 3.000 Cattle Rancher, and the 70 acre Farmer compete with the 2.000 acre Farmer . We are going to need very smart and just and fair new formulas , but they are there , they just need talented and skilled engineers and programmers and farmers .... and very cheap super - chips , Combos of CPU & GPU & Very Fast Memory, and smart Networks , running on Linux / Ubuntu , most likely. Europe must build these AI Chip Foundries right now , in my opinion.
