They seriously nerfed Eiji to hell. In DB1, he could blind the killer entirely, then they changed it to a blur and invisibility, and finally changed it to short blurring and invisibility. You can't use him as a support anymore...

I think it’s partially because in db1 his stats were support stats with overal 7 loop stats and 5 smarts. He now became a full on looper so they nerfed his supportiveness

Late reply mb... Eiji has always had 4 smarts (repair) even in db1. They nerfed him just because people complained 🤷I mean idk if theres more than that

Even with the nerf Eiji is still really popular among players and a PAIN for killers that are on detect cooldown

True. Though I feel like theres so many killers who have a kit to counter him hes felt underwhelming these past monthes, but maybe thats just me 🤷‍♂ Like everytime I face an Eiji I never feel like hes a threat. As opposed to almost every other character...

@@TheFrozenTundras I never know how to counter the camera, so if you know a way to dodge the camera, please tell me 😭I always feel like the Eijis hit me from a distance

@@Lazyeverydayy Well you can try to go behind a wall to avoid it, like one time I saw my friend avoid an Eiji camera at the back of that single gen room at sewers, by quickly going behind a wall and moonwalking that Eiji (yk the back of the room with the locker) Also now that the stun is 1.5s its really weak, the slow is practically nothing. Even before while it was light it did actually do something, now its really just a "stun" on paper. And if you use Idol, Warden, Possessed, Host, Ghost, Experiment, Voidskulk, Watcher, Andriod, Banshee, Stareater, Werewolf, and Boss (what a mouthful) Can ALL counter Eiji in some shape or form. Some give survivors trails, some have a secodary way of finding survivors (so you can save your detect for Eiji), and in Boss' case he can reduce his detect, so a lategame Eiji won't be nearly as threatening.

@@Firefist0123 I assume maybe you mean the heartbeat (In Pastry's killer video I know she says that terror radius = red light, but its actually heartbeat size) Tea is talking about the red light killers emit. (Thx for watching though!)

idk about pastrys video or anything but I had a spread sheet of everyones stats so I remember warden having 8 terror radius and I never said that it was the red light, I was talking about how when you went to revive there was hardly any heartbeat@@TheFrozenTundras
