Not all of them, there is many more Easter eggs relating to other games and pop culture, like the halo 117 reference, and the assassin's creed apple. But the game is so big I wouldn't be surprised if there's secrets nobody has found yet. Like all the mysterious that haven't been solved, could actually have a solution but just hasn't been discovered yet. Like there's probably secret areas that require some bullshit thing to unlock, it's happened before in many games. It's what makes games this big amazing. There is never an end

There's also a kind of secret boss to fight in soul cairn. If you succeed in finding 3 reaper fragments,there is a certain building that you can enter where you can summon the reaper to fight against. But if you win then it will be just for bragging rights i guess because there's no special reward for defeating him,only 3 black soul gems and a iron or steel weapon....a lousy reward for running all over the place in search for the fragments and defeating the reaper which is not super easy.
