Easiest way to find invisible npcs or gun interactable things is to look for a green reticle for NPCs and red for some others, yellow too for I think Lydusa..

Is that a dark horizon injection??? Ive played 600+hours on my main character and have never seen that injection but i have played dark horizons yet when it came out i was busy with khaos reigns and now im doing the sparking zero thing
