So pretty!, This would be gorgeous in Scuba or Tru Blu (Red Heart ombre’s). This could even make an awesome wall hanging!!,

Thankyou so much for another beautiful pattern. I think the first 3 rows will make a beautiful border for a tray cloth.

This is such a beautiful pattern and you are such an excellent teacher. And listing the time stamp for each row is beyond thoughtful. Your instructions are so clear as is your demonstration. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your talents with us. 💜

Oooh ! I have Anemone, the maroon color Ombré by Red Heart. I find thatbthevOmbre’s are not rough. They sometimes f3el like cotton. I’ve made many sweaters from the Red Heart Ombré, Stripes, and various variegated yarns. My favorite Ombres are True Blue and Jazzy (hot pink). I love most of the stripes, and my favorite variegated are Icelandic, Wildflower, Monet, and Dunes (it is the one that is tan and light medium blue.) I’m not sure of the name%0. I used Stripes on one of the Octagonal cardigan that a super instructor on KZbin taught me!,

I love doing fans, so this is the next on my project list. My stash is full of #1 and #2 yarns and can’t wait to start on this. Doing shawls are my favorite project and having so many lovely years available makes it all so much fun. I like how you hold your crochet hook. I have watched other demonstrators who hold the hook like a pencil. I find that very distracting with the hook swinging all over the place and it would also seem like that grip might lead to repetitive stress injuries later. Just my thought. Thanks for making these tutorials!

As always delightful. Wanted to tell you I’m gonna try to do this half then turn and start again from starting chains and work same amount of rows to try to make both sides go in same direction. Trying to figure if I should just start second side with single crochet for clean definition. 🤔

This was my first time watching one of your videos and I have to say I loved everything about it. Your love for this really shines through. Your voice is soothing...the added "just breathe" and "be patient"s were so well put bc learning new patterns can be so frustrating but you made it so easy for me to grasp! I wish I could post pics on here so I can show you what I'm doing with the pattern (making a bikini cover up for the bottom). You have gained yourself a new subscriber!

Thank you for another wonderful project! I was wondering how many skeins of Super Saver Ombre did you use for your beautiful scarf?
@FiberSpider6 жыл бұрын
They were large skeins, didn't even use an entire one for my scarf.

Thank you! The size is also called a number 9, or 5.50mm. At least that is with the Boye brand, some slightly differ.

I have a question in row 4 why do you add the extra chain on the beginning and not the end?
@FiberSpider6 жыл бұрын
Jennifer DeSantis good question. I wondered the same thing in hindsight. It was how the pattern was written and (for whatever reason) I didn't alter it like I have a tendency to do. Go figure, lol. Either way, whether it's there or not, it really doesn't make a huge difference in the finished product.
