that spilled coffee is dumbest story ever. just an opinion and my opening statement. 1. the lady breached her duty of handling hot coffee by spilling it. ordinary people wouldnt. 2. did they ever prove mcdonalds did unreasonable heating of coffee. you cant really boil it excrssively with their machines. 3. the rest of us in our primes if spilled hot coffee on us it wont injure us. she was 79 if u sneeze on a 79 year old they can fall ove4 and die easily. so the 79 year olds may of played a role in her own injuries. if it wasnt 1 thing it would of been something else. 4. so new mexico has alot of tribal jurisdiction which violates constitution. but the courts may be more likely to be biased. so. how do u fight biased courts that award money to plaintiffs in frivolous cases or people with strong cases get nothing. how to fight that?
