It's the result of humans driving from there carelessly providing food to them. They will obviously get habitual and roam around the roads more in hope to get food from every driver. People shouldn't give food to them while driving on road. Keep some fruits just in case one is being aggressive and running towards you, you can distract them with food giving you time to escape
