I smoked for thirty years. Asked God to remove the urge. He would. It might be five minutes later I would have to pray again. Every time He removed the urge. Over several weeks of this I was through with smoking. My prayer life also improved as I was praying so often. Hope this helps.

The Lord gave my daughter the very same Word that He gave King Hezekiah about surely dying. This was, He said, because "Your enemy wants you dead." Then later He gave her a somewhat similar Word that He gave Hezekiah, "...but I will not allow that." The multiple dangerous health conditions she has had have been a terrific battle, but God keeps her going in faith, while we continually speak His Word and promise of healing and restoration. In the natural, she would have died multiple times over the past 5 years, but God...! Oh, I forgot to mention that the Lord has gifted her prophetically since age 4, and a few years ago informed her that she is His prophet. She balked at that at first, until He repeated, "You ARE my prophet!"
