Might I suggest that you take these weights out to Jaws next time. If you have a big wipeout and you're stuck in the impact zone, simply grab your weights and run to the safety of the channel 💪

Don't do this at home, but do breath control sets when you swim. Even experienced freedivers who are fit, strong swimmers have experienced hypoxia when over controlling their reflex to gasp for air and have died.
