THE EMBANKMENT - FAMILY TO THE RESCUE

Four weeks ago I was sitting on 84 x 135lbs train sleepers. On day 1 of the project, Miguel, my husband wrecked his knee and I thought this project would be taken up again at the end of the year. But, my amazing family came through and in exchange for Sunday dinners they arrived to continue on the project. They worked so hard and I am so grateful to them. This video is homage to great team work.
I thought this project was going to be pushed back until end of year - but now - first week in June, the project is finished and it is ready for planting. You will see Miguel working (when he shouldn't be), but all the heavy work was done by family.
