How do you make the boss skip his godlike faze after 37sec left. It seems like sleep does it but not for me :/

It's kind of hard to see but at 39s you can see Nu throw her needle and it lands at 38s. When that lands on the boss use Zeta's ultimate immediately. It'll take a lot of attempts to get the timing right but when you do get it right you'll know what works for your team.
