As a ManUtd fan, I always rated Ronaldo higher than Messi until this point. Of course, during this period, Ronaldo was tearing the EPL with his power, speed, accuracy, tricks and scoring. Since Messi made his debut, a lot was being talked about him. Even Maradona had announced that Messi will be his successor. I kept ignoring everything assuming just an Argentinian supporting another one. After this goal, I realised the potential of a kid who could literally dribble through the entire team...I had never seen anything like that, except in movies.
